Los interesados podrán presentar a la correspondiente Oficina de Registro los títulos que amparan sus derechos sobre bienes raíces con las debidas notas del registro, y con base en ellos se expedirá la certificación mencionada en el artículo 79 que servirá de antecedente, y se abrirá el folio de matrícula respectivo. Copia del último título inscrito permanecerá en el archivo.
