º - El Artículo 1º. quedará así: "Las instalaciones de radiocomunicación que se reglamentan por medio del presente Decreto, son: radiodifusoras comerciales, radiodifusoras culturales, estaciones radiotelegráficas y radiotelefónicas comerciales y privadas, estaciones automáticas destinadas a la recepción de noticias para la prensa o con otros fines comerciales, estaciones de radioexperimentación científica, estaciones móviles, estaciones de policía, estaciones de aficionados y radioamplificadores de sonido".
