B.1.3.3. De las obligaciones del transportador. El transportador de sustancias químicas de uso industrial deberá dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en la sección 8 del capítulo 7 del título 1 del libro 2 del Decreto 1079 de 2015, Único del Sector Administrativo de Transporte o las normas que la modifiquen o sustituyan, cuando transporte sustancias químicas de uso industrial.
