Articulo 1º . Para las entidades públicas de los municipios de 3 a , 4 a , 5 a y 6 a categoría, el plazo para la implementación del Modelo Estándar de Control Interno para el Estado Colombiano se prorroga hasta el día 30 de junio de 2009, siempre que tales entidades informen al Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública, antes del 8 de diciembre de 2008, el estado de avance y las razones por las cuales se acogen al plazo adicional.
