°. Parámetros de acceso - Mercados. En aplicación del numeral 7 del artículo 7° de la Ley 677 de 2001, se modifican los parámetros de acceso establecidos en el numeral 5 de ese mismo artículo, así: El cincuenta por ciento (50%) de las ventas de la empresa deben estar destinadas a los mercados externos.
