Para las Obras que adelantan las Juntas de Acción Comunal de la Ciudad de Toro; se le asigna un auxilio de sesenta mil pesos ($ 60.000.00) anuales; veinte mil para la de San Francisco; diez mil pesos anuales para la de San Antonio, la Pradera, Roble, Ventaquemada y Cedro, del mismo Municipio de Toro; y treinta mil anuales para las que realiza la Junta de Acción Comunal del Distrito de la Unión (Valle).
