Articulo 19 si el colono militar antes de obtener su adjudicación, quisiera transferir a un tercero su derecho a la adjudicación y al dominio de las mejoras hechas por el podrá hacerlo, previo aviso a la dirección de la colonia. Efectuada la venta niel adquiriente ni el colono titular, tendrá derecho a los auxilios y prerrogativas especiales que se conceden a los colonos inscritos en el "escalafón de antiguos militares."
