Durante la vigencia fiscal 2016, el Gobierno nacional podrá concurrir con Colpensiones en el pago de las costas judiciales y agencias en derecho de los procesos judiciales que por concepto de prestaciones pensionales condenaron al extinto Instituto de Seguros Sociales. Para este efecto, Colpensiones y el Patrimonio Autónomo de Remanentes del ISS, realizarán las acciones necesarias para depurar la información correspondiente.
