°. El artículo 1° del Decreto 2349 del 18 de noviembre de 1998 quedará así: “Artículo 1°. Créase el Consejo Superior de Justicia, como organismo consultivo del Presidente de la República para contribuir en la realización de una política integral de justicia.

Parágrafo

Son funciones del Consejo Superior de Justicia las siguientes: 1.Obrar como cuerpo de carácter consultivo del Presidente de la República en materia de administración de justicia. 2.Formular recomendaciones al Gobierno en materia de políticas de justicia. 3.Las demás que se determinen en el reglamento”.
