amends Artículo 481 CODIGO SUSTANTIVO DEL TRABAJO de 1951

El artículo 481 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo quedará así:

Artículo 481. Celebración y efectos.

Los pactos entre empleadores y trabajadores no sindicalizados se rigen por las disposiciones establecidas en los Títulos II y III, Capítulo I, Parte Segunda del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, pero solamente son aplicables a quienes los hayan suscrito o adhieran posteriormente a ellos.
