LISTADO DE PROPONENTES. Los contratos a que se refiere el artículo 41. del presente capítulo, con cuantía igual o superior a 6.300, salarios mínimos legales mensuales, están sujetos a las normas de clasificación y calificación del listado de proponentes de la empresa y/o de TELECOM, mientras entra en funcionamiento el registro de proponentes a que se refiere el artículo 22 de la Ley 80 de 1993.
