Los Jefes de las guarniciones militares obraran de acuerdo con los Gobernadores de los Departamentos a fin de dar instrucción agrícola a la parte del contingente que se juzgue apta para ella, sin perjuicio de la instrucción militar a que los obligan los reglamentos respectivos. El Gobierno suministrara los terrenos y demás elementos necesarios para el cumplimiento de esta disposición.
