ARTICULO UNDECIMO. Las donaciones, herencias o legados destinados por el donante o testador a incrementar el capital de las Juntas o de las Instituciones de Utilidad Común, asi como aquellos que no estén expresamente destinados por el causante a consumirse en los gastos ordinarios de dicha Institución, formarán parte del capital o patrimonio de ella y se invertirán en la forma prevista por el artículo siguiente.
