Art 1° Autorízase al gobierno para aplicar a la construcción del camino Carretero entre el puerto de Rio Hacha y el distrito de barrancas, en el Departamento del magdalena, la cantidad votada o que se vote por el cuerpo Legislativo para levantar el puente sobre el Río Calancala, conforme a lo Dispuesto en el artículo 7° de la ley 21 del presente año, que prohíbe el comercio con ciertas costas.
