Objeto. El presente Capítulo tiene por objeto establecer el procedimiento que deben aplicar los departamentos, distritos y municipios para el pago de las deudas que tengan con las Entidades Promotoras de Salud del Régimen Subsidiado, por contratos de aseguramiento suscritos hasta marzo 31 de 2011.
