Artículo único. Suprímese la Oficina de Registro Nacional de Propiedad Intelectual. Adscríbese el Registro de la Propiedad al Ministerio de Gobierno, el cual designará la Sección o empleado que deba quedar encargado de tal registro y a quien se entregarán los libros y demás efectos existentes en la oficina suprimida. El presente Decreto regirá desde el día 16 de marzo de 1951, y quedan suspendidas las disposiciones legales que le sean contrarias. Comuníquese y publíquese.
