Fondo para la Participación y el Fortalecimiento Democrático . A partir de la publicación del presente decreto el Fondo para el Desarrollo Comunal y la Participación creado mediante Decreto 1685 de 1997, se denominará Fondo para la Participación y el Fortalecimiento Democrático y apoyará financieramente los diversos programas de participación y fortalecimiento democrático, que adelante el Ministerio del Interior.
