º. Cuando la publicación constare en periódico impreso, la multa podrá imponerse al Director del periódico o al autor del escrito, y si la falta se hubiere cometido por medio de la radiodifusión, a quien directamente la hubiere divulgado, o a quien la hubiere redactado para su divulgación, o al propietario de la empresa emisora, o a su Gerente o representante legal, o al Director del respectivo programa radiodifundido.
