La Contraloría deberá practicar visitas periódicas a las Oficinas de Revisoría o Auditoría Interna de las Entidades señaladas en el artículo anterior y hará las observaciones sobre la forma como se cumplen los Estatutos y reglamentos sobre administración y disposiciones de los fondos y bienes de tales entidades.
