Artículo quinto. El Ministerio de Salud Pública, mediante resoluciones que dicte anualmente y de acuerdo con las informaciones que le suministre el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE) y las que reciba de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, determinará las instituciones de Salud en donde se puede prestar el servicio rural. Copia de estas resoluciones serán enviadas oportunamente a los respectivos Servicios Seccionales de Salud.
