El Oficial o Suboficial para ser inscrito como Profesor de Quinta Categoría, requiere haber desempeñado la función de Instructor por un lapso no inferior a dos (2) años en Institutos de Formación y Capacitación de las Fuerzas Militares o haber dictado ciento ochenta (180) horas de clase, en dependencias militares con buenos resultados.
