La vigencia de esta Ley comenzará de acuerdo con las reglas generales, pero sus disposiciones sobre nombramientos, instalación y funcionamiento de las corporaciones electorales regirán desde su sanción.
El Poder Ejecutivo impartirá por telégrafo, si fuere necesario, las instrucciones del caso.
