Art. 649. Disuelta una corporación, se dispondrá de sus propiedades, en la forma que para este caso hubìeren prescrito sus estatutos; i si en ellos no se hubiere previsto este caso, pertenecerán dichas propiedades a la nación, con la obligación de emplearlas en objetos análogos a los de la institución. Tocará al Congreso de la Unión señalarlos.
