Funciones del Consejo. El Consejo Nacional de Industria y Comercio desarrollará en la órbita de su competencia las funciones previstas en el artículo 16 del Decreto 1050 de 1968 para consejos superiores. Corresponde al Consejo preparar y aprobar su propio reglamento. En él podrá preverse la distribución de los miembros del Consejo en comisiones, según temas y especialidades.
