º Conforme a las disposiciones vigentes, quedan suspendidos los salvoconductos para portar armas en todo el territorio de la República, sin perjuicio de las autorizaciones especiales que otorguen los Comandantes de Brigada. La infracción de lo aquí dispuesto se sancionará con arresto hasta de seis (6) meses que impondrán las autoridades a que se refiere el Decreto legislativo 1989 de 1971.
