Art. 2.° El Poder Ejecutivo dará las órdenes para el efecto de que los gastos de los funerales del mencionado Jeneral se hagan por cuenta del Tesoro público para que, costeado por el mismo Tesoro, se levante un monumento en el cementerio de esta ciudad con la siguiente inscripción:

AL CIUDADANO JENERAL DE DIVISION

MIGUEL BOHÓRQUEZ - LA PATRIA.

(Decreto lejislativo número de fecha ); i para que el retrato de tan benemérito Jeneral sea colocado en el salon de la Universidad nacional, con la misma inscripcion designada para el monumento.
