Desintegración obligatoria . Para los vehículos que a la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto se encuentren vinculados a las empresas de Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Especial, se establece el siguiente esquema de transición, para que sean retirados del servicio público y desintegrados: Diciembre 31 de 2016: modelos 1984 y anteriores. Diciembre 31 de 2017: modelos 1989 y anteriores. Diciembre 31 de 2018: modelos 1994 y anteriores. Diciembre 31 de 2019: modelos 1999 y anteriores. A partir del año 2020, los vehículos que cumplan el tiempo de uso deberán salir anualmente del servicio y ser desintegrados.
