Articulo 11. Si los Cónsules o Diplomáticos con funciones consulares tuvieren su despacho en edificios de propiedad de la Nación u ocuparen locales de las respectivas Embajadas de de la República o si por cualquier otra razón no pagaren arrendamiento, las partidas a que se refieren los artículos 9° y 10° del presente Decreto se disminuirán en un 50%.
