Consulta . El artículo 57 del Decreto Ley 2324 de 1984 quedará así: “Artículo 57. Consulta. Los fallos de primera instancia en los que se determine el avalúo de daños por un valor igual o mayor a 150 salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, serán consultados al Director General Marítimo cuando no se interponga oportunamente el recurso de apelación. La decisión de los fallos consultados se hará de plano, sin que sea necesario escuchar a las partes interesadas”.
