Decreto 1706 de 1989 · Por el cual se reglamentan los artículos 7°, 10 y 18 de la Ley 29 de 1989, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Prioridades para nombramiento. La autoridad nominadora deberá agotar rigurosamente el siguiente orden de preferencia para proveer los cargos docentes y directivos docentes vacantes así

Reintegro por fallo proferido por autoridad jurisdiccional.

Reubicación del personal docente en los términos señalados en el artículo 5º del Decreto 180 de 1982, y en general de los docentes en servicio activo que no tengan carga académica o que ésta sea insuficiente.

Previsión de las vacantes disponibles, una vez cumplidas las anteriores etapas con los aspirantes incluidos en la lista de elegibles en estricto orden descendente de puntaje y en los niveles y áreas correspondientes.

Parágrafo

Si el docente elegible no acepta el cargo que se le ofrece, automáticamente queda excluido de la lista de elegibles.
