Artículo primero . Ratificase la facultad que ha tenido la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República para señalar las cuotas de reintegro que deban hacer en cada caso los exportadores de platino y minerales no preciosos, dé acuerdo con las condiciones de venta de cada uno de dichos productos.
