Las prestaciones sociales, asistenciales y el subsidio familiar, determinados en las disposiciones que regulan la carrera de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, en cuanto a los hijos, también se aplicarán a los estudiantes que dependan económicamente del militar hasta la edad de veinticuatro (24) años.
