Si en los casos previstos en losArtículos precedentes, la muerte no hubiere sobrevenido sin el concurso de circunstancias preexistentes ignoradas del culpado, o de causas independientes de su acto, la pena será de cuatro a diez años de reclusión, en el caso delArtículo 310; de seis a catorce años, en el caso delArtículo 311, y de diez a veinte años, en el caso delArtículo 312.
