Artículo cuarto. A partir del 1° de enero de 1963, el salario mínimo para los trabajadores menores de diez y seis (16) años será el siguiente

Salario mínimo urbano, e industrial, en cualquier localidad o zona rural, en empresas o patronos de patrimonio hasta de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00), un peso con quince centavos ($1.15) por hora de trabajo;

Salario mínimo urbano, e industrial en cualquier localidad o zona rural, en empresas o patronos de patrimonio hasta de doscientos mil pesos ($200.000.00), ochenta centavos ($0.80) por hora de trabajo;

Salario mínimo rural, setenta centavos ($0.70) por hora de trabajo.
