CAUSALES. Serán causales de nulidad las siguientes
La falta de competencia;
Haber incurrido en error relativo al nombre o apellido del inculpado, su grado o calidad policial siempre y cuando esta circunstancia impida su identidad real;
No haber dado posesión al funcionario investigador, al secretario o al vocero;
No haber observado las formas propias del juzgamiento aquí establecida.
