Artículo cuarto . Las empresas nacionales de aviación civil que no figuren relacionadas en el presente decreto, cubrirán gradual y directamente el personal de pilotos y navegantes que tengan a su servicio, la pensión de jubilación correspondiente, de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes.
