Artículo tercero. En las adjudicaciones o enajenaciones que haga la Caja de Crédito Agrario, se impondrá la obligación de efectuar un aprovechamiento racionalizado de las tierras con sujeción a los planes y programas que dicte el Ministerio de Agricultura en desarrollo de las normas sobre clasificación y utilización de la tierra.
