Las partes, dentro de los tres días siguientes al de la notificación del auto en que se formulen los cuestionarios, tendrán derecho de pedir al juez, y éste deberá aceptarlo, que se propongan también al jurado todos los cuestionarios que consideren necesarios, siempre que estén de acuerdo con las normas señaladas en el artículo 498.
