°. Casa Militar. La Casa Militar continuará ejerciendo las funciones de que trata el artículo 11 del Decreto 1649 de 2014 y asumirá las funciones que hasta la fecha venía desempeñando la Secretaría para la Seguridad Presidencial, previstas en el artículo 10 del Decreto 1649 de 2014, dependencia que por este decreto se suprime.

Parágrafo

Todas las referencias que se hagan a la Secretaría para la Seguridad Presidencial en las leyes, decretos, resoluciones y demás actos administrativos vigentes, deben entenderse referidas a la Casa Militar del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República.
