ARTICULO 141. Otros trabajadores. Los trabajadores a término fijo, con jornadas inferiores a cuatro (4) horas diarias y los ocasionales o transitorios, tendrán derecho únicamente para ellos, a asistencia médica, quirúrgica, servicios hospitalarios y farmacéuticos. Además, tendrán derecho a las prestaciones sociales por retiro o fallecimiento, caso en el cual éstas serán entregadas a sus beneficiarios en el orden y proporción establecidos en el artículo 120 del presente Estatuto.
