Articulo 23. La Asamblea General tendrá sesiones ordinarias y extraordinarias. Las primeras se verificarán dos veces al año, el último lunes del mes de febrero y el último lunes del mes de agosto, a las cuatro de la tarde, en el local de la Gerencia; si dicho día fuere feriado, la reunión tendrá lugar en el siguiente dia útil, a la misma hora. La Gerencia lo recordará así a los accionistas, con ocho días de anticipación por lo menos, mediante avisos que se insertarán en periódicos de circulación diaria en la ciudad de Bogotá.
