Las sanciones de que tratan los artículos anteriores serán aplicadas a prevención por las autoridades de Higiene, de Policía o las que hagan sus veces. Las autoridades o funcionarios que fueren renuentes o contemporizadores en el cumplimiento de las disposiciones que consagra la presente Ley, serán sancionados por el respectivo superior con la remoción definitiva del cargo.
