Art. 10. El Poder Ejecutivo podrá crear el empleo de Jefe de los Resguardos de las Salinas situadas en el Estado de Boyacá, con un sueldo anual que no exceda de $ 1,200.

De igual dotacion gozará el primer Comandante de los Resguardos en el Estado de Cundinamarca.
