Artículo segundo. Los productos farmacéuticos elaborados con las drogas de que trata el artículo anterior, necesitan para su fabricación y venta, licencia del Ministerio de Salud Pública. En la respectiva solicitud deberá expresarse que el producto será elaborado y vendido bajo su nombre técnico o genérico, para los fines de este Decreto.
