Artículo único. Legalízanse los créditos administrativos suplementales abiertos al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos de la vigencia fiscal de 1917 a 28 de febrero de 1918, por medio de los Decretos números 871, 1061, 1116, 1139 y 1239 del presente año, con las imputaciones que en seguida se indican:
