Podrán Tener La Condición De Usuarios De La Tarjeta De Crédito Agrario, Crediagrario, Todas Las Personas Naturales O Jurídicas Que Habitualmente Se Dediquen A La Realización De Actividades De Producción Agrícola, Pecuaria O Forestal, Y Cumplan, Además, Con Los Siguientes Requisitos: A) Ser Capaz Para Contratar Y Obligarse; B) Tener Cuenta Corriente O De Ahorros En El Banco Que Le Expidió La Tarjeta; C) Suficiente Capacidad De Pago; D) Reconocida Honorabilidad Comercial, Y E) Prestar Las Garantías Autorizadas Por Los Reglamentos

º Podrán tener la condición de usuarios de la tarjeta de crédito agrario, CREDIAGRARIO, todas las personas naturales o jurídicas que habitualmente se dediquen a la realización de actividades de producción agrícola, pecuaria o forestal, y cumplan, además, con los siguientes requisitos
a)
Ser capaz para contratar y obligarse;
b)
Tener cuenta corriente o de ahorros en el banco que le expidió la tarjeta;
c)
Suficiente capacidad de pago;
d)
Reconocida honorabilidad comercial, y
e)
Prestar las garantías autorizadas por los reglamentos.
