El aumento de pensiones concedido por el artículo 1° de la ley 102 de 1927 , se hará únicamente a las hijas y a las nietas de los próceres de la guerra, de la Independencia y a los maestros de escuela, y también a los militares a quienes se decretó pensión antes de la vigencia de la Ley 71 de 1915 ; y la reducción de las pensiones decretadas de acuerdo con la Ley 78 de 1926, se hará de tal manera que dichas pensiones queden con la cuantía a que se refiere el inciso 1o. del artículo 1o. de la misma Ley 102.
