Créase la Comisión Intersectorial del MAC, integrada por los Viceministros Técnico de Hacienda y Crédito Público, de Desarrollo Empresarial del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo y el de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, quien lo presidirá, el cual se reunirá por lo menos una vez cada semestre agrícola y tendrá como función aprobar el Contingente con Asignación Estacional y el IBSA de referencia. Igualmente, aprobará dicho contingente en caso de que los Consejos de las Cadenas Productivas no lleguen a un acuerdo en su recomendación al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.
