Artículo cuarto . El estudio relacionado con el reajuste y aprobación del precio de las drogas y la regularización estará a cargo de un Comité integrado por el Ministerio de Salud Pública o de su delegado y los siguientes funcionarios del mismo Ministerio: el Secretario General, el Jefe de la División Nacional de Salubridad o su representante, el Jefe del Departamento Jurídico o su delegado y el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo, el Ministerio de Fomento o su delegado y un Representante de la Corporación Proveedora de Instituciones de Asistencia Social (CORPAL).
