Aprobación de la valoración del Pasivo Contingente Judicial. Las Entidades Estatales valorarán su Pasivo Contingente Judicial y con base en dicha valoración determinarán el Plan de Aportes al Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Estatales. La Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público aprobará las valoraciones de los pasivos contingentes judiciales.
